Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end IT recruitment

for diverse domains and technologies. Source candidates via

job portals, LinkedIn, social media

, and internal databases. Conduct resume screening and

initial HR interviews

. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates. Track and maintain

recruitment reports and talent pipelines

. Build strong candidate pipelines for both

current and future hiring

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (

HR/Management preferred

).

2 to 4 years

of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Familiarity with IT technologies and hiring trends. Expertise in using job portals like

Naukri, Monster, Indeed

, and

LinkedIn Recruiter

. Excellent

communication, coordination

, and

interpersonal skills

. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a

remote, self-driven

work environment.
