who can work from India in USA EST Hours (9 am -6pm )
and hire the talent in USA.
This is a remote role. We provide you with VOIP phone service required to perform your job. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best and brightest engineers, developers, and IT professionals who will drive our technological advancements. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding for a variety of IT and tech roles (e.g., Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET), DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, etc.).
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely communication, constructive feedback, and a positive impression of [Your Company Name].
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles, providing expert guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Screening & Assessment:
Conduct thorough phone screens and initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, motivation, and career aspirations.
Offer Management:
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and pre-employment checks, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, preferably in a [corporate/agency] environment.
At least 4+ years of experience of hiring Onsite candidates in USA
Understanding of USA Visas/ Work Authorizations / Work eligibility rules is required
Proven track record of successfully hiring for challenging technical roles
(e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
Understanding of various programming languages, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern IT infrastructure concepts.
Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter is a must).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
