Screen and interview candidates:
Review resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, and perform interviews (which may include technical and behavioral assessments) to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Manage the hiring process:
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to candidates, manage the offer negotiation process, and facilitate onboarding.
Build a talent pipeline:
Maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay informed:
Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Promote company culture:
Market the company as a great place to work to attract high-quality candidates.
Necessary skills and qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
