Job Description

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies:

Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategies to attract top tech talent.

Source candidates:

Use job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), social media, and tech events to find potential candidates.

Screen and interview candidates:

Review resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, and perform interviews (which may include technical and behavioral assessments) to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Manage the hiring process:

Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to candidates, manage the offer negotiation process, and facilitate onboarding.

Build a talent pipeline:

Maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Stay informed:

Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Promote company culture:

Market the company as a great place to work to attract high-quality candidates.
Necessary skills and qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search. Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,100.61 - ₹42,770.82 per month
