About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with proven expertise in overseas sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and client coordination. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, engaging directly with clients (including public sector organizations), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates across IT domains.



Key Responsibilities



Talent Sourcing & Acquisition



Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals from local and overseas markets.



Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.



Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various IT skill sets.



End-to-End Recruitment Process



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:

job briefing, advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.



Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.



Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.



Client Engagement & Coordination



Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and understanding of recruitment needs.



Manage onsite coordination for interviews and assessments.



Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.



Public Sector & Compliance



Support hiring needs for public sector projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.



Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to GDPR and local employment laws.



Requirements



Experience:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.



Proven track record in overseas sourcing (Europe, UK, Ireland preferred).



Previous experience with public sector recruitment is highly desirable.



Skills & Competencies:



Strong sourcing skills with advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.



Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.



Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.



Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.



Strong understanding of the European IT talent market.



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
