Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various IT roles. Your focus will be on understanding our technical hiring needs and sourcing candidates who align with our culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles. Source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards. Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Conduct initial technical screens to assess candidate qualifications. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Stay current on trends in tech recruiting, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment, either in-house or agency. Familiarity with a variety of tech roles (developers, engineers, DevOps, data scientists, etc.). Strong understanding of technical terminology and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.). Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill tech roles. Technical background or certification in IT/technology (optional but a plus). Previous experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
