Roles and Responsiblities of Recruitment :

Source Candidates

: Identify potential candidates via job portals, social media, and networking.

Screen Resumes

: Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct Interviews

: Perform initial interviews to assess skills and fit.

Coordinate Interviews

: Schedule interviews with hiring managers or teams.

Manage Recruitment

: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting to onboarding.

Maintain Database

: Keep track of candidates for future openings.

Negotiate Offers

: Prepare and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.

Build Relationships

: Maintain strong connections with candidates and hiring teams.

Market Research

: Stay informed on IT industry trends and salary benchmarks.

Onboarding

: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
