We are hiring an IT Recruiter for a product-based / product-led tech environment.

Key Requirements

3-5 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience Mandatory: Experience hiring for product companies or product engineering teams*
Strong sourcing for technical roles (Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure) Ability to understand technical requirements and conduct initial screenings Experience working closely with hiring managers and closing roles efficiently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles Source, screen, and engage high-quality tech talent Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience Drive timely closures with quality hires
