We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
IT Recruiter
to join our HR and Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization's growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by hiring managers.
Source candidates using various platforms -- Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking reports.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an
IT Recruiter
(either in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Data Engineers, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring for both
product-based
and
service-based
companies.
Knowledge of
technical stacks
such as JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Familiarity with
Boolean search
and
advanced sourcing techniques
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
