About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles across various technologies and levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly. Build a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs..

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of technical skillsets, IT roles, and sourcing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.

Nice to Have:

Experience hiring for niche or senior IT roles. Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
