We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring AI/ML professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in areas like machine learning, data science, computer vision, NLP, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for AI/ML and other tech roles (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, etc. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI/ML talent Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruiting AI/ML or tech talent Strong understanding of technical terms and role requirements in the AI/ML space Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing strategies
