Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source and hire for IT roles such as
Mobile Developers, Web Developers, Frontend Developers
etc.
Recruit for Digital Marketing roles such as
SEO, PPC Specialists, and Content Writers
.
Use job portals like
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
and other platforms for sourcing candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA HR preferred).
Proven hands-on experience in IT & Digital Marketing recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
