We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions, ensuring we attract and retain top technical talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Proven experience (2-6 years) as a Technical/IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of technical roles (Software Developers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting tools.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
