IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
Drive the end-to-end recruitment process -- from scheduling interviews to managing offers and negotiations.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (corporate or agency).
Solid understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring assignments under deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferred).
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
