We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, Documentation & Onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
Handle recruitment-related documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a corporate or consulting setup).
Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
