What You'll Do
Identify and source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and evaluate fit for technical and cultural requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft targeted hiring strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and closing offers.
Keep candidate records updated in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Build a proactive pipeline of talent to meet future staffing needs.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate HR or consultancy).
Good knowledge of IT job roles and technologies.
Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing via LinkedIn/job portals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS tools (advantage).
