Understand IT requirements from hiring managers and clients
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/trackers
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Comply with company recruitment policies and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in HR, Management, IT, or related field
Basic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, QA, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
