: We are seeking an IT Recruiter with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various technical positions within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards(Linkedin, Naukri,Indeed), social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements for technical positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Manage the candidate interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in negotiating offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of talent for future opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
