Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and technical positions.
Understand job requirements and create effective
job postings
.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals
, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Support HR team in additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Excellent

Any Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA HR / B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com or related fields preferred).
