Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract and permanent positions in the

Work on client requirements, ensuring timely submission of quality candidates.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
- from understanding job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to closing offers.
Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases to identify candidates.
Coordinate with candidates on
interview schedules, feedback, onboarding, and compliance
.
Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients for long-term collaboration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1-4 years of IT recruitment experience
(preferably in the UK staffing market).
Strong knowledge of UK hiring practices, job boards, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, Right-to-Work).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in
UK shift timings
.
