Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level technical positions ? Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals & networking ? Understand technical requirements to effectively screen and shortlist candidates ? Conduct initial HR screenings and technical fit discussions ? Coordinate with hiring managers and international clients to understand job needs ? Schedule, manage, and follow up on technical and client interviews ? Negotiate offers and manage documentation & onboarding processes ? Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS data, and hiring reports ? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality IT talent ? Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
