Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating technical interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining candidate database and ATS
Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding
Meeting hiring targets and timelines
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA HR (preferred)
Freshers with internship experience can apply
