Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a blend of

technical hiring expertise and vendor management experience

.
The ideal candidate will manage

end-to-end HR operations

, coordinate with

IT staffing vendors

, and ensure seamless compliance and employee engagement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment for IT & non-IT positions. Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance. Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors. Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure timely invoice processing. Prepare HR reports, performance data, and vendor scorecards.

Required Skills:

HR Operations & IT Recruitment Vendor & Contract Management Compliance Knowledge (PF, ESIC, HRMS) Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
