IT HR Recruiter (Fresher or up to 1 year experience)
to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Schedule technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
Relevant Skills:
Recruitment Skills
IT job profiling (developer, tester, support roles, etc.)
Resume screening & shortlisting
Interview coordination
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Communication Skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Email drafting
Follow-up and negotiation skills

LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred)
