Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill needs
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the internal technical team
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage offer rollouts and follow up till the date of joining
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and IT terminologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (HR or technical background preferred)
Prior experience in a recruitment agency or IT services company is a plus
