Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute hiring strategies for tech and non-tech roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Work on diverse hiring portfolios, including technology, product, content, operations, and leadership roles.
Implement best practices for improving sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to support organizational growth.
Build and manage recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and weekly reports.
Optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and talent engagement strategies.
Ensure effective use of multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to align hiring priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong track record of hiring across tech and non-tech roles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience using ATS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.
Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
Experience with caching (Redis/Equivalent) and performance tuning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
