Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for roles such as Developers, Mern, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and Non IT positions.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Manage
offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of
IT technologies and roles
Hands-on experience with
job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good knowledge of Pune IT market and talent pool
Preferred Skills
Experience in
consulting / staffing firm
Knowledge of
C2H / Contract hiring
Exposure to ATS tools
Immediate joiners only
Education
Graduate / Post- Graduate in HR
HR certification is an added advantage
