We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

? Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions

? Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

? Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

? Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews

? Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports Requirements:

? 1-2 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment

? Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

? Good communication and coordination skills

Freshers are also welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 per month
