About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

IT Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients and internal projects. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in IT services or consulting). Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Cloud). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
