Key Responsibilities: Recruitment lifecycle management:

Develop and implement effective IT recruiting strategies. Write and post compelling technical job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and tech events. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes. o Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

Market and trend analysis:

Stay current on IT industry trends, technologies, and market conditions. Analyze job requirements to better advise clients on their hiring needs. Use this knowledge to build a robust and relevant candidate pipeline.

Administrative and reporting:

Maintain accurate candidate and client information in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress.

Skills and qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Degree 0-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment roles. Strong understanding of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
