Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand client or internal requirements for IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Analysts, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, etc.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit and communication skills
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers or clients
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field
Proven experience in
IT recruitment
or technical hiring
Basic understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Familiarity with ATS and job portals
Preferred Skills:
Corporate Co. (MANDATORY) who have handled IT recruitment.
IT recruitment should be 80% and 20% can be other HR functions.
