CredenTek Software & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Recruiter / HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals, along with strong communication and coordination abilities. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and capable of managing multiple hiring mandates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical competencies
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up consistently
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process
Support HR activities such as documentation, joining formalities, and employee coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs
Meet recruitment deadlines and ensure timely closures of positions
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to source candidates through multiple channels
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
