About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

IT Recruiter

who can manage end-to-end hiring for diverse technology roles. You will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent, screening candidates effectively, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from first interaction to final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels. Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals to source high-quality profiles. Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and role suitability. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and closure of offers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and recurring roles. Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, recruitment strategies, and hiring timelines. Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and candidate data documentation. Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer brand values during the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-1 years of dedicated experience in

IT Recruitment

(in-house or consultancy). Strong knowledge of various IT skill sets (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Network, etc.). Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Strong understanding of interview processes and technical role requirements.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with product-based or large-scale IT clients. Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
