Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for IT requirement. Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and headhunting Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Desired Candidate Profile:

6 months to 2 years of proven experience in

IT hiring

Strong sourcing and screening skills across different domains and levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines Proficient in MS Office and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Energetic, goal-oriented, and a team player
