Role: IT Recruiter

Experience: 1+ years

Location: Kharadi , Pune (WFO)

Package: Rs.20000 per month

Looking for Immediate joiners

JD:

1- Looking for recruiters who have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring for roles in Data Engineering, Databricks, Cloud Engineering, Informatica, and similar tech stacks.

2- Understanding the hiring requirements of clients/hiring managers.Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks such as Naukri & LinkedIn and others.

3- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates in TAT.

4- Required excellent experience to source candidates for Permanent, Contractor & C2H roles.Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring

5-managers/customers. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates and later to onboard the resource.

6- Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
