Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic

Lead IT Recruiter

to lead our recruitment efforts in Nagpur. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top IT talent. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective sourcing plans. Leverage various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract top-tier candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment

: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Conduct thorough interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Team Leadership

: Mentor and guide junior recruiters. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Drive performance metrics and achieve hiring targets.

Market Insights

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of technology domains (software development, infrastructure, data science, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
