Knowledge of job posting on career websites, newspapers, and forums
Strong interpersonal skills for candidate relationship building
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Screen and shortlist candidates based on required skills and job fit
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates
Conduct initial interviews, tests, and assessments as needed
Ensure continuous follow-up and maintain contact until joining
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Represent the company at recruitment drives, job fairs, and events
Prepare and post engaging job ads on multiple platforms
Maintain a strong employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
