IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an entry-level professional with a keen interest in technology and talent acquisition. You'll be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate profiles from various platforms, including job boards (like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and our internal database.
Candidate Communication:
Conduct initial phone screenings and communicate with candidates to understand their skills, qualifications, and career aspirations. Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication for all parties.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and detailed candidate information, ensuring all data is current and organized.
Job Postings:
Assist in writing and posting clear and compelling job descriptions on different platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Networking:
Participate in college job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a talent pipeline.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and assisting with new hire documentation and onboarding activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Technical Aptitude:
A basic understanding of IT concepts, roles (e.g., Software Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer), and the latest technology trends.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork:
A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Tools:
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and a basic understanding of how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals work is a plus.
