interest in IT recruitment. This role is ideal for MBA freshers who want to learn and build a
career in IT hiring while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other
recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Learn and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Assist in creating job postings and managing recruitment campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA in HR or related fields (freshers preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for learning IT hiring and understanding technical roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?166,869.27 - ?300,000.00 per year
