2-3 Years (Hands-on IT Recruitment experience mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing).
Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously with quick turnaround.
Develop job descriptions (JD) and post on relevant job portals/social platforms.
Handle vendor management and coordination for recruitment needs.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fitment.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Assist in HR operations and other related activities.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree / University Degree (Mandatory).
MBA in HR (Mandatory).
2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in
IT recruitment

Proficiency in
MS Office and recruitment tools/portals
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
