Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various roles
Source and attract candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,shine), social media, and internal databases
Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and cultural fit
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews with the internal team
Manage job postings and candidate pipeline across all hiring platforms
Coordinate offer discussions, negotiate salary expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and recruitment trackers
Develop strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and retention
Keep up to date with the latest trends in IT technologies and job market conditions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings
