We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various technologies and domains. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best fit for open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and other creative channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
Conduct salary negotiations and follow up through the entire hiring process till onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
0-6 months of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of IT technologies (such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, MERN, Cloud, etc.) -- enough to assess resumes.
Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience in IT services or product-based company hiring.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
