Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and tight timelines
Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT roles (as applicable)
