for the position of

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Support offer rollouts and onboarding activities

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA (any specialization) - Freshers are welcome Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM) Comfortable with a 100% on-site working model
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
