Key Responsibilities:

. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media,

references, databases, and field sourcing

. Proven BPO hiring experience

. Experience hiring technical support, NOC, L1, and entry-level

networking roles (CCNA / networking basics)

. Comfortable with volume hiring

. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets

. Coordination with management for manpower planning and

recruitment forecasts

. Knowledge of local candidate sourcing in Kerala (preferred)

. Availability for field visits & recruitment drives (as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
