Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles.

? Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, and

headhunting.

? Apply Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methods to find the right

talent.

? Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.

? Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.

? Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

? Follow up with candidates till onboarding.

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment (end-to-end).

? Strong experience using Naukri & LinkedIn for sourcing.

? Good understanding of headhunting, Boolean search, and market mapping.
