About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

IT Recruiter

with

1-2 years

of experience in handling end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing candidates through

Naukri

,

LinkedIn

,

headhunting

, and

Boolean

search techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT roles.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, and headhunting.

Apply Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methods to find the right talent.

Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Follow up with candidates till onboarding.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in IT and non-IT recruitment (end-to-end).

Strong experience using Naukri & LinkedIn for sourcing.

Good understanding of headhunting, Boolean search, and market mapping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
