We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

IT Recruiter (Female)

to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of various technical skills and job roles in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

process for IT positions. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience for candidates. Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements.

Skills Required:

Minimum 1 year of

experience in IT recruitment

. Good understanding of various IT technologies and job roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
Salary 10,000 pm -12,000 pm
