Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as:
Content Writers
Digital Marketing Executives
Software Developers (Front-end, Back-end, or Full Stack)
Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles.
Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
