Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals like
Naukri
and
LinkedIn
.
Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
