Understanding client requirements and preparing JD accordingly o Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases o Screening resumes, conducting HR interviews, and validating technical fit o Coordinating with candidates and clients for interviews o Follow-up on interview feedback, offer rollout, and joining o Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports o Achieving monthly hiring targets Skills Required: Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under targets and deadlines
